Called Ali’s Air Service today as they were recommended by my trusted home inspector Deb Sadler of 20/20 Home Inspections. Had an issue with my heater and my wife needs heat this time if year. Ali came out same day and fix my heater in about 10 mins. Fast and friendly service is hard to find in todays market, so I highly recommend them and will be referring them to all my family, clients and friends from now on!!!
The service was prompt. Their assigned technician arrived on time. I was informed when he was on the way by text. The work was done in a timely manner. David the technician kept me informed as he diagnosed and then repaired the unit. I was informed of the cost prior to installation so I was aware throughout what my upfront costs would be. I have used AAS before as well and have always been satisfied with their level of service and care.
