The service was prompt. Their assigned technician arrived on time. I was informed when he was on the way by text. The work was done in a timely manner. David the technician kept me informed as he diagnosed and then repaired the unit. I was informed of the cost prior to installation so I was aware throughout what my upfront costs would be. I have used AAS before as well and have always been satisfied with their level of service and care.

Great customer service and support. Heat went out during snow storm at 8pm. Team arrived quickly and replaced a faulty conductor. Will use Ali’s for any hvac needs moving forward

Came to us from a neighbor’s recommendation. We needed 2nd opinion/quote for our AC issue and they offered us the best price. They were prompt in install too. Hopefully we don’t have to call them again for a while.
Ali always answers customer calls or gets back with little delay. He AND his employees are highly experienced, courteous, and very professional. They carry parts on their trucks, which speeds repairs. The standout is they will NEVER sell you something you don’t need. They all are honest & professional. I will never call anyone else for my HVAC needs. Thankfully, the last 2 service calls were a super quick fix & was charged just a service call fee. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Recently I got my ac fixed, the main problem was freon leaking from coils. I found Ali’s Air Service through the Nextdoor app. Ali is very professional and easy to deal with. He explained my options and gave me a reasonable and better quote. The work was completed in time and to my satisfaction. I suggest you get a quote from him before any expensive AC repair.
