We had one of the bigger HVAC companies come out and do some preventive maintenance on two of our AC units before the summer heat (offered a special promotion). We found out that they didn’t do much at all in regards to maintenance. Both filters were full of debris and one of the drain lines was blocked. Each time I’m told I need hundred’s of dollars of work, new parts, etc. Ali’s technician checked everything and said it wasn’t my furnace, it was an electrical problem and I needed an electrician. He was very professional and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need.
