As someone that does his homework when it comes to large purchases, I have to say, AAS deserves 5 stars for their customer service, install work, communication, and above all, price and value. I had 6 other companies come out to give me prices on installing 2 completely new HVAC systems. I received quotes on Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Heil, and Goodman systems. Comparing apples to apples, prices ranged in difference by up to 5k. I realize the big companies have a big overhead with advertising, fancy brand new trucks, and large number of employees, but at the end of the day, the educated consumer knows when he’s paying too much. Ali’s Air Service offered a good fair price for the equipment and install, as well as offering a 2 year labor warranty, the other guys only a year. And above all I could tell Ali wanted my business, his communication about the equipment, how it would be installed, and his overall desire to please me the consumer and make sure I was satisfied, was definitely 5 star. The other companies made me feel like they were doing me a favor by coming out for an estimate. I highly recommend Ali’s Air service for craftsmanship, price and value.
